What are the care instructions for my apparel?
To keep the best shape and color of your clothing wash with similar colors, use cold water and tumble dry with low temperatures or hang to air dry.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders, however, we can cancel the order and issue a refund for the entire order. This must be done before the order has shipped. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
My order wasn’t delivered and is now showing that it was returned to Valuetainment, now what?
The package can be returned for various reasons. One common reason is for an incomplete or incorrect address. Please be sure to verify your address before submitting your order. Contact us to attempt to re-ship the order.
My package was lost/stolen/still in transit.
Valuetainment does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit once they have left our fulfillment center. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the order has been processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and secure their package upon delivery.
My order was damaged
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged item. Please include a photo with your email correspondence. If not reported within 24 hours, a replacement/refund will not be issued.
I received the incorrect item, What can I do?

Shipping information for orders Outside of the United States/International Orders.
We are currently only shipping to the USA and Canada due to Covid-19.
Shipping information for orders within the United States
Orders being shipped to an address in the United States are mailed using USPS or Fedex, and typically take 2-7 days to be delivered once you get a tracking number. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, or type of product and delivery address of the order. At Valuetainment we aim to provide you with the lowest possible cost for shipping while ensuring that you receive your order in a timely and secure manner.
Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional sales tax, duties and/or customs charges. We are unaware of these at the time the order is placed and these are due from the customer at the time of delivery. If fees are not paid, your order may be returned to us or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 to 15 business days in our warehouse, unless otherwise noted in the product description, or if there is a pre-order item in your purchase. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.
